ROCKBlue's ACORN initiative works to help water utilities in developing countries to tap into much-needed capital with the goal of improving their financial and operational performance, and ability to serve their communities.

Access to Capital, Oversight and Reporting Nexus

The first initiative of its kind, ACORN promotes sustainable private-sector finance of urban water utilities in developing countries. Our pilot projects at Lusaka Water Supply & Sanitation Co. (LWSC) in Zambia and Lilongwe Water Board (LWB) in Malawi will serve as models across Africa and around the world.
