On WASCo assignment, ROCKBlue continued due diligence in South Africa with Pretoria Deputy Director, for the City of Tshwane, to obtain lessons learned from their analysis of smart metering; as well as with the manager from Johannesburg who oversaw the installation of 200,000 smart meters.
