ROCKBlue visits WASCo’s Metolong Water Treatment Plant. ROCKBlue has a strong interest in the durability of the utilities that it works with – to make sure that past investments last beyond the intervention of the donors. This site visit indicated that, thus far, some of the most vulnerable equipment was still functioning well.
