Chris Serjak joined ROCKBlue, as General Manager, to help with the management aspects of our startup NGO. Chris has 15 years of international project management experience. This includes significant international management experience with USAID, US Army Corps of Engineers, and the United Nations. He has specialized in managing high-value and high-profile projects in the developing world and complex post conflict environments in the Middle East, sub-Saharan Africa, and central and southeast Asia. Chris’ education includes: an MSc in Sustainable Development from the University of London, Graduate Studies in Environmental Management from Yale University and a BS in Environmental Science from Stanford University
