Winnie Nabakiibi joined the ROCKBlue Board. She is a Civil Engineer with a master’s degree in Water Services Management from UNESCO-IHE in Delft, The Netherlands. She is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has over 14 years of experience in Water Utility Advisory services.
