Besides ROCKBlue’s assistance to water and sanitation service providers, we have four Initiatives to give back to the community we serve including Knowledge Management.
Knowledge management is offered though our website’s practical tips/blogs. We asked our utility Specialists if they would be willing to be interviewed to share their knowledge and the response was overwhelming – some of it posted on our website.
Due to the magnitude of interviews, ROCKBlue required a dedicated individual just to transcribe them all and polish the interviews to be ready for posting. We could not do this without our Knowledge Management Transcriber, Katlego Sibanyoni. In addition to the work for ROCKBlue, she is a student at Stellenbosch University obtaining her BSc in applied Mathematics.
Besides her interest in music and leadership positions at her church, she’s been a member of the University of Stellenbosch Investment Society and an avid chess player/coach when not involved in soccer and hockey. Her assistance has been invaluable to ROCKBlue’s knowledge management outreach.
